Target Audience
In our group were focusing on an age range of 16-25 where teenage pregnancy seems to be more demanding and the centre point of many female figures.
We also thought about the stereotypical views that go on in the world were women are viewed negatively based on the patriarchal values that most countries live to follow.
Based on real statistic women pregnancy is growing rapidly and therefore we thought to do a music video that is mostly based on the view on pregnancy in England.
We also thought about the concerns that women might have in general about pregnancy and the issue surrounding this topic in order to decide our target audience.

In the end we decided to choose the genre rap to show this in more detail. Rap is mainly viewed as the negative influence in society with people swearing and etc but we wanted to challenge these conventions by changing the relationship between a girl and a man. That when pregnancy is involve there is a more loving relationship. Also as rap music is mainly male artist this also narrowed our target audience to be of a female gender to challenge that women shouldn’t be ashamed of their situation or pregnancy appeal.
